Requirement :
Female, Max. 30 years old
Good looking, proportional, neat and sharp
Diploma or Bachelor(s) Degree in Secretary from a reputable university
Must good communication in English (oral and written)
Must be very detail oriented, scheduled, disciplined and able to work independently
Having 2 years experience in similar positions
Computer literate: Windows Application (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
Required Skill(s): Time Management, Service Orientation, Writing, Reading Comprehension, Email, Internet, Microsoft Office, and Driving with a Car Driver License
Able to work within
Flexible and willing to work long hours when required
Perform standard secretarial duties
Manage and maintain expatriates and international visitor documentation such as VISA, KITAS, housing rent, etc
Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain filling documents
Create and manage Source Code Documentation
Create and manage User Manual
Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly filed and complete
Manage (Recording, Distribution, & Filing) of all correspondence of the Director
Updating and reminding Director of his schedules and meetings
Searching, recommending and booking of hotels, tickets and activities for business and leisure
Typing correspondence, minutes meeting and following up
Helping that office is at all times presentable and in excellent condition
Taking care of secretarial and administrative tasks starting from incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filling up to related office administration
Coordinate and invite meeting participants and prepare materials for meetings
Good Looking, Communicative, High Initiative and Interpersonal skill
Make and distribute minutes of meetings
Quick and detail, able to work under pressure and enjoy working in administrative
